STUART JEHAN

I’m born & educated in Guernsey, living with my wife & our two young children. I hold a Master’s in Corporate Governance, earned locally through the GTA, spending 20 years in our local finance sector, before holding leadership roles internationally.

At Robeco, a Dutch fund manager & leader in sustainable investing, I led the global strategic development of retail funds whilst advising on governance & operations. I later joined the world’s largest commercial bank, J.P. Morgan, to lead a major transformation across five offices.  ​I’ve spoken at many major international finance & policy events across Europe, Asia, & the Americas. I also support academic & career advisory programmes, advocating stronger ties between education & economic growth.

After a decade in Luxembourg, I became a dual British–Luxembourgish citizen. My strong EU legal & regulatory experience offers Guernsey a unique opportunity to strengthen links with our European neighbours.

Now back in Guernsey, I’m fully committed to use my energy, leadership, & global perspective to serve the island I’ve always proudly called home.

Guernsey should offer real opportunities for young people, dignity for our older generation, & affordable housing for all within a thriving, resilient community. ​With leadership experience in global governance & policy transformation, I offer a fresh perspective on how our island can be improved. Our government must act transparently, plan wisely, & base decisions on evidence — not on just opinion.

If elected, I’ll bring common sense, international insight, & proven leadership to help solve complex challenges — building a fairer, more inclusive Guernsey with people at the heart of every decision.
